StreamerWorkbench is an analytics dashboard that helps you view your creator stats from connected platforms in one place. By creating an account or using StreamerWorkbench, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
StreamerWorkbench is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. Displayed stats depend on each connected platform's own API being available and accurate — we are not responsible for delays, outages, or inaccuracies originating from Twitch, TikTok, or any other third-party platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamerWorkbench and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (currently $0, as StreamerWorkbench is free).
You can delete your StreamerWorkbench account at any time from your account settings; this permanently and immediately removes your profile, connected-platform tokens, and stored stats (see the Privacy Policy, section 5). We may also suspend or terminate an account that violates section 4 (Acceptable Use), or discontinue the service entirely, with or without notice, though we'll make reasonable efforts to give notice where practical.
StreamerWorkbench's own branding, design, and code are owned by its operator. Stats and content displayed on your dashboard originate from your connected platforms and remain subject to those platforms' own terms — we don't claim ownership of your creator data.
We may update these Terms as the service changes; the "Last Updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of StreamerWorkbench after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
[Placeholder — the operator of StreamerWorkbench should specify the jurisdiction whose laws govern these Terms and where disputes will be resolved, e.g. "the laws of the State of ___, United States." This is a business decision best made with an attorney familiar with where the business is formed/operates.]
